1 Connect With Us
Day or night, seven days a week, free of charge, confidential; whenever you need, we’re here. When you reach out to us you will be connected with one of our knowledgeable, experienced, and kind admissions coordinators.
Each individual presents with a different story; your admissions coordinator will work with you, as well as loved ones or treatment providers, if requested, to hear yours. All of the necessary information will be gathered in this consultation to help identify what program will best suit your individual needs.
In addition, your admissions coordinator will spend as much time as you need addressing any concerns or questions you may have.
This information may include
- Events that led you to inquire about treatment
- Substance use and medical history
- Mental health history
- Legal history
- Treatment history
- Family, educational and employment background
3 Insurance Coverage & Payment Options
Your admissions coordinator will work closely with you, our team of financial advisors and with your insurance company to help you determine the best financial plan.
Don’t have insurance? No problem. Treatment should be possible for anyone who desires the help. We have a variety of payment options (link to page) that your admissions coordinator will share with you.
4 Scheduling Admission
Once all of your questions are answered and you make the decision to move forward with treatment, its time to set an admissions date.

We believe in providing you with the best opportunities for success, whatever that may mean to you. If our programs do not fit your needs, we’ll connect you with other providers who do.
Interested in one of our programs? Come check us out yourself! Every Wednesday evening 4:00 – 5:00PM we host open inquiry events at all of our locations. You will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet with staff, hear from alumni and see if Footprints to Recovery fits your needs. Whether you’re seeking more information for yourself, a family member, loved one or are a referring physician; we welcome all.
