Alia Green 

Alia Green began her career at Footprints to Recovery in May 2019 as a Clinical Outreach Specialist. From there, she assumed the role of Associate Director of Clinical Outreach for our addiction treatment centers in Illinois, New Jersey, and Colorado. Her main responsibilities include managing accounts and helping individuals find the right help for substance use disorders. She also works closely with the Colorado location’s business development representative. 

Alia has a Master’s Degree in counseling and she is also a National Certified Counselor. Her prior experience includes time with the Eating Recovery Center as the Alumni Family Liaison from 2013 to 2019. Her responsibilities included supporting both clients and families with a loved one who struggled with mental health. 

Her motivation for entering the fields of substance abuse and mental health recovery stems from her outreach position. She felt compelled to continue helping those in need. She finds helping people take the first step toward recovery the most rewarding aspect of her work. 

From Northern Minnesota originally, Alia enjoys hiking, watching movies, and live music when not helping out her clients.
