Once you contact Footprints to Recovery, you will collaborate closely with our admissions coordinators who can answer your questions about our addiction treatment programs and services.
During your initial consultation, one of our admissions coordinators will ask you a series of questions to gain a better understanding of your unique situation. This pre-assessment will cover information regarding your medical history, substance use history, and mental health history.
Insurance Verification & Assessment
After your initial consultation, our team of financial advisors will collaborate with your insurance provider to establish the most suitable financial plan for your treatment. Once your insurance is verified, our admissions team will carefully assess your benefits and coverage for mental health services. Rest assured, even if you do not have insurance, access to treatment should never be a cause for concern. We offer a range of payment options, which our admissions coordinator will be happy to discuss with you.
In general, we accept private insurance plans, offer self-pay options via credit card or check, and provide sliding scale fees based on income. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you can pursue the treatment you need, and our dedicated team will work diligently to ensure that your mental health care is never hindered by financial constraints.
