Nicole DeMory

Nicole DeMory joins the Aliya Health Group network as a Community Engagement Specialist for Footprints to Recovery’s treatment center in Elgin, Illinois. With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment, Nicole joins Footprints to Recovery with a strong record of clinical leadership, initiative excellence, and a passion for helping individuals sustain their ideal state of wellness. Her career spans roles in counseling, program development, admissions leadership, and clinical outreach, each rooted in her commitment to increasing access to timely, evidence-based care. 

Nicole is known for her strengths in building and nurturing referral relationships, engaging community partners, and creating meaningful connections that bridge individuals to the support they need. Her ability to communicate clinical programming with clarity and authenticity has made her a trusted liaison among providers, families, and treatment teams. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, she brings both compassion and strategy to the work of healing and long-term recovery.
